We’ve just wrapped up a recent floor sanding project in Skipton, where we gave the pine floor throughout the downstairs of a property a complete refresh. With a quick turnaround required due to an upcoming house sale, we were able to complete the entire project in a single day, with minimal disruption to our customer’s daily routine.

Using our dust-free sanding system, we kept the workspace clean and tidy, ensuring no mess was left behind. The process began with a 40 grit belt sander to remove the old finish and imperfections. From there, we worked through to 100 grit to achieve a smooth and even surface, ready for the finishing touches.

After cleaning and vacuuming the floor thoroughly, we applied Osmo hard wax oil for a durable, fresh finish that enhances the wood’s natural beauty while providing long-lasting protection.

The transformation was incredible! The floor now feels rejuvenated, keeping the charm and character of the original features while adding a new sense of warmth and light to the space.
