Hand Made Shaker Kitchen

This is a kitchen design project we have recently finished in Skipton as part of a larger renovation. With the whole room having a revamp to architects plans by James Tiffany builders, our job was to design and build this stunning handmade kitchen to fill the room with style and practicality.

As with all our kitchen builds, our Birch ply wood cabinets are at the heart of the build, making a solid, natural and fresh look. this is dressed with face frames and traditional built hardwood shaker doors. I like to add a wood theme in our kitchens and this was a perfect opportunity to add the African Zebrano to work with the green kitchen design. If you take a look through the pictures you can see where it has been selectively placed to add interest.

Breakfast room green was the colour of choice and the whole kitchen was hand painted to give the traditional fell and texture of the brush marks. White quartz was used for the worktops to keep the room looking bright and to keep a good level of practicality especially around the Belfast sink and Quooker tap.
