Bespoke Bookcase and Lighting Grassington North Yorkshire

Plenty of Storage and display area on this bespoke joinery Project in Grassington North Yorkshire. We were approached by Our customer Mat to build a display cabinet for large Star wars Lego and books for his home  (life is always interesting).

With a span of over 4 meters along the run of the wall, this book shelf means Business. The centre is static shelves with the outer cabinets being adjustable shelving with solid oak shelves. The cabinet comprises of a solid oak face frame and hand painted cabinets with t&g backs. Solid oak skirting boards and cornice was used to add detail.

A full lighting rig was made up for us by Oldfield electrical in Skipton, this means the book case can be used as an ambient lighting source for the room as well under full remote control. Great to see it all installed and up and running, quite a presence in the room and a joinery project we will always remember.
