Wood floor sanding and restoration

Recently finished project in Skipton sanding this pine floor throughout the downstairs of the property. With a quick turnaround for a up and coming house sale, this was done in the day with as least disruption to our customers day as possible. We use dust a dust free sanding system to keep the project as clean as possible, The parish was sardined off first with a 40 grit belt, then worked through to 100 grit for a smooth finish.

Once cleaned and vacuumed out, the floor was treated with Osmo hard wax oil for a durable fresh finish. Nice to see the project finished and it brought a whole new feeling to the property keeping the existing features of the home ready for a life under foot.
