The thing we love most about plastering is giving the feel of a fresh new start for our customers. This property was very dated and no amount of emulsion was going to cover it up. Firstly all the wall paper was stripped from the walls in all the property back to the old lime based plaster. The walls are then sealed with blue grit and made good if there are any compromised areas. Fresh plaster can now be applied over the blue grit, we also use fibres in our first coat to help the plaster bind together for a lasting finish. The top coat is applied and polished. we always polish our plastering and leave the job ready for decorating with no filling. All the walls are ready for decorating for a more modern smooth look.
