Bit of a side project for our joinery shop. Made from quarter sawn oak and black valcromat, we wanted to make a very modern looking project with a sleek, classy look. Once the timbers we sized all the wiring is hidden within the wood so you just have the plug coming out at the base. The oak and Valcromat is oiled with a organic hardwood wax oil to make the figuring in the oak and the black very vibrant. the fittings are from Tala including a brass pendant with cloth cord and a LED Edison globe bulb.
